- Your shipping speeds & rates —We are a small batch company and only ship out once a week. If you have Standard and Express set up, so mention both and give estimated delivery timeframes (e.g., Standard: 7 to 10 business days, Express: 5 to7 business days)
- Processing time — since you're small-batch handcrafted, be honest here (e.g., "Please allow 2-3 business days for order processing before shipment")
- Carrier — mention USPS, UPS, or whichever you use
- Free shipping threshold — if you plan to offer free shipping at a certain order amount, note it here
- Holidays and Vacations- We are a family run buisness and we do take time off to spend with our loved ones, as you should too. This may extend shipping times a few times a year but will show a notification, Best practice is to order 14 days to a Month in advace for safe messure.
