Are your products safe if my dog licks them?
Yes! All Snootz N Bootz™ products are formulated with human-safe, cosmetic or food-grade ingredients. While they’re not intended to be eaten, they are safe for incidental licking. As always, supervise your dog briefly after application to allow the balm to absorb.
Can I use these products on myself?
Absolutely — that’s the whole idea! Our products are Human Tested • K9 Approved™ and work beautifully on human skin too. Many of our customers use them on their own dry hands, elbows, and heels.
How long does a tin last?
With regular use on one dog, most tins last 4–8 weeks depending on the size of your dog and how often you apply. A little goes a long way!
Are your products made in the USA?
Yes — every product is handcrafted in small batches right here in the USA using ethically sourced, premium botanical ingredients.
What ingredients do you use?
We use cosmetic, food-grade, and Medical Grade ingredients including botanical oils, plant butters, medicinal florals, natural waxes, and Medical Grade Manuka Honey. Full ingredient lists are available on each product page and on product packaging.
Are your products vegan?
Most of our products contain no tallow or lanolin. Please check individual product pages for full ingredient details. Our Bootz Barrier™ paw balm is fully vegan.
Safety & Skin Concerns
What if my dog has sensitive skin or allergies?
We recommend reviewing the full ingredient list on each product page before use. Discontinue use if irritation occurs and consult your veterinarian if your dog has known allergies, highly sensitive skin, or an existing medical condition.
Can I use these products on puppies?
Our products are formulated for general use, but we always recommend consulting your veterinarian before use on very young puppies.

How long does shipping take?
Snootz N Bootz™ is a small, family-run home business — every order is packed with care by hand. Please allow up to 5–7 business days for order processing and preparation. Once shipped, standard delivery typically takes an additional 5– 10 business days. We occasionally close for holidays and time with loved ones (as you should too), and any known delays will be noted on our website. Thank you for your patience and for supporting a small business!
